I AM GETTING MARRIED

We have many turning points during life, many milestones...some are individual, and for some we can generalize and say that everyone must go through them. I am referring to moments like first school day, graduation, getting job, emancipation, independence, falling in love...I am referring to moments like getting married.
I am thirty something years old and I went through many milestones in my life so far...in superlative one could say that I am independent, educated cosmopolite with career! We are not going to talk, nor write, about negative right now.
Right now I'd like to write about positive things, about Elma, about us getting married...or to be more precise about chronological plan of our wedding!
Not to further prolong, here is the plan:
Friday January 9th, 2009

• 9:00 – Our legal union performed by registrar Ms. Elvedina, State authorised officiator, in Novo Sarajevo municipality
• Leaving to Tuzla Canton to finish preparation for wedding ceremony

Saturday January 10th, 2009

• 10:00 – People whose starting point is Sarajevo start ride toward Tuzla
• 11:30 – People whose starting point is Gradacac start ride toward Tuzla
• 13:00 – Meeting in front of Mercator in Tuzla
• 14:00 – Arrival at Elma’s place
• 14:00 do 15:30 – Performing customs at bride’s place
• 15:30 – Going to Gradacac
• 17:00 – Performing customs at groom’s place
• 17:30 – Celebration at the restaurant and all that goes with it…

After that Elma and I go to Gradacac castle to sleep...I can't wait to take off shoes at the end conscious that all is over, that I am married, that I am over one more milestone.

Zar nismo rekli da je step 5 "Ispoštivanje običaja kod mlade, kićenje" trebao trajati maksimalnih pola sata!?! Ti stvarno ocekujes da cemo te svi cekati sati pol??? Jedino ako bude zena! :)
