File comparison tools

Recently I tried four file comparison tools: WinMerge, Windiff, Kompare (part of KDE) and Araxis Merge.
Kompare was my first experience with such tool, and I must admit I was impressed. However, I wished I could edit files within the tool as well. With Kompare I was not able to do that. After looking up WinMerge and Windiff I came to Araxis Merge and my search stopped there. Araxis Merge is wonderful piece of software and all you need in regards to file comparison.
